INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY CELEBRATION.
Our school celebrated International Yoga Day with great enthusiasm and energy. Students participated actively in various yoga sessions and performed different asanas with dedication and discipline.
The celebration aimed to create awareness about the importance of yoga in maintaining physical health, mental well-being, and inner peace. Though guided exercises and breathing techniques, students learned how yoga helps improve concentration, flexibility, and overall fitness.
