National Science Day is celebrated every year on February 28th. The day marks the discovery of the Raman Effect by Indian scientist C.V. Raman in 1928. C.V. Raman was awarded the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1930 for this discovery. The day is observed to encourage scientific knowledge and innovation. Students of Baroda High School, ONGC explored their scientific knowledge through different projects under the guidance of science teachers.
