XII should be made to the Section Head of the school.<\/li><li>A pupil seeking admission in Play Group, LKG, UKG or Std. -I must submit a zerox copy of the birth certificate to support the date of birth.<\/li><li>A zerox copy of the result or the last school examination appeared will have to be submitted by the students seeking admissions in Std. I to Std. XII.<\/li><li>A pupil who is seeking admission in Std. Ito Std. XII should submit an L.C.from the school last attended, and in case of a pupil from outside Gujarat State, the L.C. submitted must be countersigned by the Inspector of Schools from the city he\/she comes.<\/li><li>Students seeking admissions in Std. X &amp; Std. The same should<\/p><p>be filled up and submitted to the school office by giving at least one month&#8217;s notice or the necessary notice feein lieu of the notice.<\/p><p>b) Before applying for the School Leaving certificate the Parents must ensure payment of all dues:<\/p><ol><li>School fees<\/li><li>Return of Library Books<\/li><li>Lab.
